Video Games

Video games are an excellent gifts for boys and girls (mostly boys) as all kids and teens love to play video games. I have been playing video games for more than 20 years now and don't regret any time spent on them.

They have helped my grow as a person by putting me in different situations, teaching me problem solving skills and to think fast in a dire situation. I believe I'm a better man for playing video games. You have to pick the right kind of game though. Fortnite is a waste of time. Single player story driven games are the best of games IMO.

I may someday make a list of suggested games to buy but for now, you'll have to do your own research. There are 3 main places to buy said games.

1. Steam: This is the de-facto place of most games. You can buy games as a gift or buy a gift card. Know more.
2. X-Box Game Pass: This is a monthly subscription which has a lot of games but not all. The benefit of this subscription is that you keep getting new games as they are launched for the same monthly price. Buy this if your kid has a Windows computer or Xbox.
3. Playstation Plus: Same thing as the Xbox pass but for Playstation. Buy this only if your kid has a playstation.

The subscriptions should be bought on your kid's account otherwise, they'll have to login with your account to play the games.
